Thank you for your interest in our shop featuring high-quality and unique Pennsylvania products. Here are the answers to a few questions you may have. If you have any further questions after reading this, use the contact form at the end of this page.

Payment

For payment, we accept credit cards via Stripe. You do not need to have an account with Stripe to process your order. All credit card information is handled (and, if applicable, stored) by Stripe. We never see or have direct access to your payment information.

Sales Tax

A 6% sales tax is added to all applicable items as well as shipping costs for all orders, even if you aren’t a PA resident due to tax requirements.

All clothing is tax-free. However, note that if you have any non-clothing items on the same order, Pennsylvania requires us to add sales tax to the shipping charges for your clothing items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by the products ordered. Currently, we only stock and ship puzzles, jewelry, and the signed “Waterfalls of Pennsylvania” book. Everything else is processed and shipped by other providers on our behalf. Unfortunately, some items can’t be shipped together, which can result in several shipping charges.

For customers within the continental United States, shipping costs are included when you order puzzles, jewelry, and our signed book.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada, and we do not offer expedited shipping.

Shipping Time Frame

Generally speaking, all items ship within five business days. However, t-shirts and prints can sometimes take longer. Since these are print-on-demand pieces handled by a third party, the shipping time is out of our control, though, items are typically shipped within a week of ordering.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy varies by the item you have ordered. However, all returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. In all cases, you are responsible for the return shipping to us and the initial shipping charges. Note that for returns of items with free shipping, we will refund your payment minus our actual shipping cost for the items.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product and include photos showing the damage.

For clothing, returns and exchanges will only be allowed for unworn and unwashed items. 

For puzzles, the puzzle box must still be factory-sealed for us to process a return/exchange.

For signed books and personalized jewelry, we do not offer returns. However, if we have made an error on your inscription/personalization, we are happy to discuss how to make it right. Please double check to ensure that any instructions you provide us for how to personalize your product are correct before submitting your order.

For all other products, the item must be in unused condition to process a return or exchange.

Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return before shipping it back to us. In all cases, refunds and exchanges will only be processed after we receive the item back in the mail.

All refunds will be processed to the credit card used to make the purchase.
